All artwork must be submitted digitally via ArtCall. The submission deadline is
February 28. You will not be able to submit artwork after the February 28
deadline.
Notifications of acceptance or declination into the exhibit will be emailed to you in early March.
All artworks accepted into the exhibit must be delivered no later than March 11 (if accepted).
Please bring artworks to: Gallery 905, 905 Waters Ave, Selma AL 36701
1.) Prepare photos of your artwork. The must be:
a.) jpeg
b.) 300dpi
c.) no larger than 2100 pixels on the longest side
2.) If you do not already have an ArtCall account, you will be prompted to create one when you access the site.
If you have entered shows with ArtCall in the past, sign in with your ArtCall email address and password.
3.) When you reach the submission page, click on the orange “Add New Submission +” button and pay for your entries.
ArtCall only accepts credit card payments. You will not be able to pay using any other payment method.
You must submit at least 3 pieces of artwork and no more than 9 pieces of
artwork.
If you purchase less than 9 entries and then later decide to enter more, go to the submission page,
click on the green “Purchase Submissions Credits” button, and pay for your additional entries.
(To come back to the submission page, click on your account name in the upper right corner of your browser page,
and select User Dashboard.)
4.) After you pay your entry fee, click again on the orange “Add New Submission+” button and enter your artwork, one piece at a time.
You can enter artwork in any of the categories. Fill out all the information boxes about your artwork. Make sure to correctly type the title of your artwork.
We will use this information to print display tags if your piece is accepted into the exhibit.
5.) Read and then accept the Terms & Conditions.
6.) Then click on the orange button “Submit Entry Details” and upload the photo of
your work. If your photo is sized too small or too big the ArtCall site will not
accept the photo.
